Jodylee recently acted on behalf of one of Australia’s leading Banks in one of the first cases involving joinder of third parties to Family Law (property) proceedings, in which case the Bank was successful. She has also successfully represented the Bank in a Full Family Court Appeal.

In addition to her legal qualifications, Jodylee has completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Japanese. Jodylee also speaks Italian and Hungarian.
 

Janeta was admitted into practice in March 2001 and has practised exclusively in the family law area.

Janeta has an excellent working relationship with associated industry groups such as psychologists, accountants, valuers and she utilises the expertise of these professionals in order to resolve matters in a cost effective manner. Janeta is sensitive to children’s matters and she recently completed a child representative training course in November 2006. She hopes to be added to the children representative panel by the end of 2007.

Janeta is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Section and the Young Lawyers Section of the Law Institute of Victoria. Janeta is fluent in the Macedonian language.
