Welcome to another edition of Russell Kennedy’s online Wills and Estate Planning Newsletter. We hope you enjoyed our last edition and found it helpful. TESTAMENTARY CAPACITY

With increasing life expectancy, clients aged 90 years or older update their Wills from time to time, to reflect changes in their financial or family circumstances.  In a growing number of disputes after the death of a Will‑maker, allegations are made that the Will-maker did not understand the Will at the time the Will was executed.
