WELCOME
Daniel Kelliher, Senior Associate

Welcome to the first edition of Russell Kennedy’s Wills and Estate Planning Newsletter. This newsletter will provide current information regarding topical issues, case summaries and judgements on a wide range of Wills and Estate Planning topics that are relevant to you and/or your business.

We have an experienced practice group with a wide range of Wills and Estate Planning expertise. To provide you with some background information, for this first edition, we have included a brief profile on the members in our Wills and Estate Planning team.  We welcome your feedback and suggestions on the type of information and topics that you would like to see covered in future editions.

HAS YOUR TIME COME... TO MAKE A WILL?

Recent media reports of litigation associated with Wills and deceased estates provide timely warnings of problems we should all avoid. It’s too late to fix your Will after you are dead!

We all put off having our Will prepared or updated, because we all avoid thinking about death.  On the other hand, those you leave behind will not thank you if you leave a mess for them to untangle.
