OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006

The legislation which presently governs bodies corporate in Victoria has undergone a substantial reform with the passing of the new Owners Corporations Act 2006.


The Act will change the structure, function, rights and obligations of bodies corporate. It will affect property owners, managers and developers of residential, commercial, office, industrial and mixed use developments and retirement villages and shopping centres.
