Anne is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited
Specialist in Property Law and former chair of the Law
Institute Property Committee. Anne’s primary work in

statutory agencies over many years.

DAVID WEIL
Special Counsel
David is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited
Specialist in Property Law with several years experience
in a wide range of property related transactions. Such
dealings range from major commercial acquisitions to
supervising volume conveyancing on major subdivisional
developments. His experience also includes
land-holdings of such diversity as off-the-plan
residential and mixed-use developments, CBD office
buildings, rural property, tourist developments,
quarries and industrial estates. He also maintains an
extensive retail and commercial leasing practice.
David has acted for a number of
overseas investors establishing property interests in
Victoria as well as acting as legal adviser to public
company land developers. He has represented banking and
financial institutions as well as borrower investors in
negotiation, document preparation, advising and
settlement of security transactions for freehold,
leasehold and Crown Lease landholdings.

DIANE RIDGWAY
Senior Associate
Diane practised in New Zealand for several years before moving to Melbourne
in 2001. Diane has particular experience
in the subdivisions of land and off-the-plan multi-level property
developments, commercial and domestic conveyancing, commercial leasing
and licensing, sale of Crown Land and body corporate advice.
